The entire lot is heavily landscaped. We have a large berm along Oak Nob which provides privacy from people driving by. Our driveway is constructed through the woods with no direct line of site to the home. The 'out-building' for the shop and 'guest house' are not visible at all.

The property is part of the Fox Run sub-division and is controlled by the Fox Run Homeowners Association. There are covenants that protect the homeowners, and the association provides maintenance of the common areas and the roads. Snow removal of the roads is also provided. Annual dues have been $600 per year.
