Property

The lot is 5.95 acres and just less than half is in grass and is mowed.  The rest is in woods.  We have constructed paths through most of it to provide access to areas where we need to get equipment for harvesting wood and clean-up.

The entire lot is heavily landscaped.  We have a large berm along Oak Nob which provides privacy from people driving by.  Our driveway is constructed through the woods with no direct line of site to the home.  The 'out-building' for the shop and 'guest house' are not visible at all.

The property is part of the Fox Run sub-division and is controlled by the Fox Run Homeowners Association.  There are covenants that protect the homeowners, and the association provides maintenance of the common areas and the roads.  Snow removal of the roads is also provided.  Annual dues have been $600 per year.
