Guesthouse and Shop

Outbuilding Details:

• Lower level 'garage' space is 24' x 48' with 10' Ceilings.  There are double and single 9' high exterior garage doors.  It is heated by a 75,000 BTU ceiling mounted gas heater.
• Lower level 'shop' space is 20' x 24' and includes a half bath and small utility room with an electric demand hot water heater.  It is separated from the garage space by an interior garage door and heated by it's own 50,000 BTU heater.
• The upper level is used as a 'guest house' and is 1,200 square feet.  It has a washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace, kitchen, living area, bath with shower and two bedrooms.  In addition to the fireplace, it has a 4 zone baseboard heating system.
